HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?

Our air-filled balloons, such as indoor balloon garlands, can last for several days if kept away from direct sunlight and heat. So be prepared to have them on your hands for a while! Outdoor balloon garlands do best in shaded areas and mild temperatures.

Helium-filled balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Our standard latex balloons can last anywhere from 1-2 days. Larger sized latex balloons and jumbo latex balloons have a longer float-time before they start to sag. Mylar balloons may last past your event date. We treat all of our helium-filled latex balloons with hi-float for extended float time.

Some balloons can deflate sooner than expected, and can be adversely affected by wind, rain, sunlight, and mishandling. Once balloons leave our store, or we finish your installation, we are no longer responsible for their longevity. Balloon sales are final sales.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BALLOONS?

Balloons begin to oxidize in the sun, giving them a matte-like or faded appearance. We recommend keeping your balloons inside or in shaded areas. Exposure to extreme heat and sunlight may cause them to pop.

Balloons do not like: Direct sunlight and heat, sharp objects, wind and extreme weather, roughhousing by pets, children, or adults.

Balloons Around Town proudly serves Springfield, MA and surrounding areas including Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Westfield, Ludlow, Amherst, Northampton, Sturbridge, Manchester, Hadley, Holyoke, Somers and Greenfield.  We are always up to travel, but we do have order minimums based on distance.

Events are not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid. 50% Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, you will be added to the schedule.

delivery and installation fee:

There is a minimum $20 travel fee based on your location. Installation and design fee is a $25 minimum based on size of install, labor, and time.

For Custom Installation Orders:

If you need to cancel your installation order, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your event for a full refund of the amount paid, less 10% of total paid for costs incurred. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to your event will receive a “raincheck” for the event and your payment will be applied to a future event. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

For Grab & Go Orders:

If you need to reschedule your Grab & Go order, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up date. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up date will not be refunded.
